Our Service creates verified connection profiles and enables creators to deliver personalized experiences to fans based on verified connection data across multiple platforms.

By opting into artist-specific engagement features, you authorize Vida to transmit your verified engagement data (as described in our Privacy Policy) to the artist's chosen third-party Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms (e.g., Laylo, Rivet). This data is used to update your existing profile within those platforms to facilitate personalized artist-to-fan communication.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
Data collected from third-party platforms remains subject to those platforms' terms of service and privacy policies.
