SMS Program & Opt-In Disclosure

This page describes the text messaging program operated by VidaNow, Inc.("Vida", "we", "us"), including exactly where and how we collect consent, what the messages contain, and how to stop receiving them.

Who sends these messages

All text messages are sent by VidaNow, Inc. VidaNow, Inc. is the sole sender and the sole party that collects and holds your consent. Message content may feature music artists you have chosen to follow on Vida, but those artists are not senders, do not receive your phone number, and never obtain your consent. Consent is collected by VidaNow, Inc. for this program only and is never shared, sold, or transferred to artists or to any other third party or affiliate.

Where consent is collected

Consent is collected on the web only. There is no keyword opt-in, and we never add a phone number from an imported list, a purchased list, or an offline source. A person must enter their own mobile number and actively check a box on one of these pages:

https://app.vida.fan/welcome — the account creation flow. Tap "Get started & login with Mobile" to reach the phone number and consent screen.

The exact consent language

Two separate checkboxes are shown. Both are unchecked by default and must be actively selected by the user.

1. Marketing

I consent to receive marketing text messages from VidaNow, Inc. at the phone number provided. Frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP to opt out.

2. Non-marketing / transactional

I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from VidaNow, Inc. about my order updates, appointment reminders etc. Message & data rates may apply.

Consent is optional

Checking either box is optional. SMS consent is not a condition of creating an account or of using any part of the Vida service. A person can complete sign-up with both boxes unchecked, and opting out later does not affect their ability to use the rest of the service.

The opt-in screens

These are the live screens as they appear to a user. Both show the phone number field, both consent checkboxes unchecked by default, and links to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What the messages contain

Marketing messages cover new release announcements, exclusive drops and early access, tour and event dates, giveaways, and fan rewards, for artists the recipient has chosen to follow on Vida. Sample messages:

Links in our messages use our own branded domain, vida.fan. We do not use public URL shorteners.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at team@vidanow.io.

Policies

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in and consent information with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
